To confirm your booking with Aagam Holidays and Leisures, the following payment schedule applies:
Pay 50% of the total package cost at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Seats are held only upon receipt of this payment.
Pay an additional 25% within 15 days of your initial booking confirmation. This secures all hotel and flight bookings.
Clear the remaining balance at least 15 days before your departure date. Travel documents are released only upon full payment.
Note: For peak season travel (December–January, Diwali, school holidays), full payment may be required earlier. Our team will communicate any variations at the time of booking.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation charges are based on how far in advance you cancel before the departure date:
50% of the total cost is charged. The remaining 50% will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
75% of the total cost is charged. Only 25% is refundable.
Non-refundable. No amount will be refunded if cancelled within 15 days of the travel date.
Important: Cancellation charges for third-party services (flights, special hotels, entry tickets) may differ and will be communicated separately.
Travel Documents: Guests are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and travel insurance prior to departure. Aagam is not liable for denied entry due to invalid documents.
Itinerary Changes: Aagam Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural events). Comparable alternatives will be provided.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and baggage loss.
Liability: Aagam Holidays acts as an intermediary for hotels, airlines, and transport companies. We are not liable for loss, injury, or delays caused by third-party service providers.
Pricing: All quoted prices are per person unless stated otherwise. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, airline fare revisions, or hotel rate changes prior to final booking confirmation.
Force Majeure: Aagam Holidays is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, or government travel restrictions.
